Stitch Counts and Quantities

NOTES ON PRICING

Additional locations priced separately.

For Hat sides add $.25 for each side at the appropriate stitch count and quantity. Hat backs are an additional location, can quote per order.

Garment (flat) embroidery is charged per location (Left chest, right chest, sleeve). Caps and flats require different hoops and cannot be ran on the same production run. Colorways may be broken up into divisions of 6 or 8, smaller runs will incur below minimum fee of $10.00 and will be priced on the 1-5 pcs, subject to waiver.

REJECT ALLOWANCE

As a contract decorator, ACE, adheres to the industry standard 3% spoilage and rejection rate per decoration location. ACE will replace and decorate garments beyond this rate so long as garments can be purchased through wholesale vendor. Maximum replacement up to $25 per garment.

DIGITIZING And ART

ACE provides digitizing services. Free digitizing setups on orders above 72 pieces for standard FLB and Hat front, some restrictions apply. Digitizing quoted per logo.

Provided logos sewn as-is – editing fee on customer provided logo $25.00.

$20: Art approval & processing fee on all orders, if requested. This includes a virtual composition showing the embroidery placement, design size, thread colors to be embroidered, garment colors, and styles.

Sewout for approval included with embroidery services.

SHIPPING And RECEIVING

$10.00 shipping and handling fee per order, plus shipping charges.

Split shipments will have $5.00 fee per location. Blind shipping available.

Local pickup available.

Blank garments to be ordered to specific PO, Bulk sorting multiple POs will incur $25 fee per PO.

ACE not responsible for receiving discrepancies from vendors for goods we do not decorate.

THREADS And PUFF

$1.00 per hat/foam color for 3-D embroidery.

$5.00 extra thread colors (minimum 8 spools, one time charge).

$.50 metallic thread per 1K stitches.

Metallic may be ran at 5% with waiver.

PERSONALIZATION

$2.50 plus the stitch count price in the 1-5 quantity column, includes name setup.

PATCHES

Sewn on patches: Use the 4900 stitch category pricing + patch stitch count plus $2.00 to sew on.

For the best result, provide patches without the plastic backing and base.

For hat transfers provide adhesive backing.

FEES And MISC

Beanies add $.25 for water soluble topping.

Towels and robes add $1.00 for water soluble topping.

Embroidery on bags subject to approval. Pricing increase averages $.50 per garment.

PRODUCTION TIME And RUSH FEES

Standard turnaround is 7-10 work days from receiving goods and art approval.

Alamo City Embroidery provides rush service options and lets customers know if job is able rush.

Rush fees applied depending on availability and turnaround, ACE approval.
